Condos
Classic: Our classic package includes bi-weekly visits with our comprehensive checklist and photos. Starting Price: $40 per visit for condos <3,400sqft.

Our comprehensive checklist is a visual inspection and will be sent after every visit along with photos. Please note that this is an example and your checklist will be tailored to your needs.
Popular Concierge Services
Vehicle Startups and Battery Maintenance
Add-on: Existing homewatch customers additional $25 per visit. $10 per additional vehicle. Not a homewatch member? Call for pricing
While a visual inspection is included in our homewatch service, this add-on will:
- Start and monitor your vehicle for 15 minutes during our visit to maintain battery health.
- Check dashboard indicators and overall condition.
- Document with photos.
Already use a trickle charger? We will check the light status and inspect the terminal for corrosion, moisture or leaks.
For our Electric Vehicle Users we will inspect:
- Vehicle is plugged in
- Charger indicator lights are normal
- No damage to cable or outlet
- Wake screen by opening door and confirm battery percentage
- Confirm charging or charge schedule
Goodbye For Now Package
Planning your departure can be stressful enough, allow us to prepare your home for your time away. Our package includes:
- Water valve shut off
- Refrigerator and freezer cleared of perishables
- Small appliances unplugged
- All fans powered off
- HVAC set to 78-82 degrees (cool mode)
- Hot Water heater turned to vacation mode or off
- Visual check for leaks upon water shut off
- Special request accepted
- Trash taken out
Price $125-$225
Welcome Home Package
Tired and ready to climb into bed without any hassle? Our welcome Home Package will:
- Turn your water valve on
- Water heater on
- Turn on HVAC and set to comfy temperature
- Visually check for leaks once water is restored
- Ensure refrigerator and freezer are powered on
- Special requests accepted
Price $125-$225
Refrigerator Empty or Restock
Tight on time? We are happy to either empty or restock your fridge. Available for homewatch customers only. $75 each.
Storm Preparation and Post Storm Checks
Storm Preparation $50 an hour. Priority storm check with documentation $50 per hour. Available for existing customers only.
Mail Forwarding and Package Pickup
For homewatch customers only $45 per occurrence .
Misc Concierge Services
Any remaining concierge services will be based off an hourly rate of $50.
